Due to the perishable nature of our premium meats and seafood, we cannot accept physical returns; however, if your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, we are committed to making it right with a replacement or credit.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, immediately inspect your package to ensure all vacuum-sealed items are frozen or cold to the touch and that the packaging is intact.
- 2.Document Issues
If you notice any damage or quality concerns, take clear photos of the product and the shipping label within 24 hours of delivery.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the photos you took so we can evaluate the condition of your shipment.
- 4.Resolution
Once reviewed, we will process a store credit or dispatch a replacement shipment at no additional cost to ensure you receive the quality you expected.
